Soma Yoga is the ultimate self care practice that takes you deeper, on a nourishing journey of coming home to your self.
You are invited to explore 8 luxurious weeks of soulful practice, in our Yoga Journeys for Beginners, Open or Intermediate Levels, or to dip in for our Immersive Experiences, Retreats and Workshop Series, or to work with me in a 1:1 Journey or Group Program capacity in Dunedin.
Tap into the wisdom of the body to regulate, release tension and build resilience, while cultivating strength, mobility, energy flow, balance, joy, inner peace and purpose in the whole person.
Our regular yoga classes use an optimal balance of easeful, through to more challenging, active yoga practices and sequences, while our more gentle sessions (Soma Healing Journey, Yoga & Sound Journeys etc.) are mostly easeful. All to leave you with the yoga glow, and after effects of more energy, better quality sleep, emotional balance and mental clarity.
All Soma Yoga sessions are trauma skilled.
