S t r e tch, Strengthen, Breath, Relax with our awesome first step to getting into, or back into, yoga.

This is a progressive course which builds skills and practice with:

  • Functional Breathing

  • Functional Movement

  • Yoga Postures

  • Flowing Yoga Sequences

  • Deep Relaxation

  • PLUS history, anatomy, principles and philosophy of yoga

Release tension, build resilience and learn to regulate your stress & energy levels, all while gaining strength, flexibility and an awesome group of new, like-minded friends.

With easy to use practices to build strength, function and ease in your body - from the first class!

*This course is suitable after the acute phase immediately following an injury or operation (often 6 - 8 weeks). If you are unsure, please check with your doctor / physio.


Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the term start date will be offered a refund minus 20% booking fee, or full transfer to the next term.

  • Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the term start date will be offered 80% transfer to the next term.

  • No cancellations or transfers within 3 days of the term start date, or after the term has started.

  • All practice is done at your own risk, please ensure you do not push yourself, especially if you feel pain.

  • Please stay home if you are unwell.
