This is a progressive course which builds skills and practice with:
Functional Breathing
Functional Movement
Yoga Postures
Flowing Yoga Sequences
Deep Relaxation
PLUS history, anatomy, principles and philosophy of yoga
Release tension, build resilience and learn to regulate your stress & energy levels, all while gaining strength, flexibility and an awesome group of new, like-minded friends.

Come learn in a fun, welcoming environment, with an experienced teacher guiding you through the foundations of yoga, in our zen studio.
*This course is suitable after the acute phase immediately following an injury or operation (often 6 - 8 weeks). If you are unsure, please check with your doctor / physio.
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations made up to 5 days prior to the course start date will be offered a refund minus 20% booking fee, or full transfer to the next course.
Cancellations made after 5 days prior to the course start date will be offered 80% transfer to the next course, or 80% credit to be used on another course fee within one year.
No cancellations or transfers within 48 hours of the course start date, or after the course has started.
All practice is done at your own risk, please ensure you do not push yourself, especially if you feel pain.
