Come gather together for peace and unity, with our monthly free-style community dance in the ancient global tradition of ecstatic dance.
Ecstatic Dance welcomes you exactly as you are, and invites you to the ritual of being wholly with the body, the people and the dance that comes through you.
We dance in bare feet, however feels good in the moment. The music starts off slow, then speeds up, then slows down again, like a wave.
The music is a curated set to inspire movement, and you will be hosted by experienced facilitators.
All welcome - no experience necessary - come and enjoy!
Terms & Conditions
Cancellations made up to 3 days prior to the event will be offered a refund minus 20% booking fee, or full transfer to the next dance.
No cancellations or transfers within 3 days of the event, or after the event has started.
All practice is done at your own risk, please ensure you do not push yourself, especially if you feel pain.
